Junior Horsemanship Program – Session 2

For ages 8 -14, a series of three, 3-hour classes to learn all aspects of horses including groundwork and riding skills. Designed to introduce youth to basic horse safety, handling, care, and an introduction to riding. This program utilizes our trained horse and pony herd and is designed as a group learning experience.  Participants will have the chance to show off what they’ve learned during our Junior Wrangler Horse Show September 9.   No prior experience with horses needed.

Time/Place: Summit Valley Horse Center, 35405 Highway 9 (on the left just after mile marker 113)
Cost: $250 for the three day series
