Partners
Summit Valley Horse Center partners with many organizations in our Community providing programs with horses that are transformative. Clients who come to SVHC have a variety of life challenges, such as illness, PTSD, abuse, mental and physical disabilities or to meet community service requirements for school or the Summit County Courts.
The benefits of structured and safe programs with horses are immediately apparent for the participants, the volunteers who assist, and for the horses who are rehabilitated. Your organization can benefit by providing your clients with another venue for experiential education that produces new life skills and healing.

Rescue Organizations
Colorado horse rescue organizations with whom we collaborate struggle to handle the growing number of deserving animals entrusted to their care. Our foster care program, available from May through October, allows rescues to send their horses to our ranch for rehabilitation while participating in our programs. This in turn enables the rescues to handle more horses and increases the chances of their horses’ being adopted. We are extremely grateful to the rescue organizations with whom we partner currently, or have partnered with in the past, or who support our programs in other ways.
